Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, and team development
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Oversee financial performance, scheduling, and labor management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance
- A guest-first mindset and commitment to Napa Flats standards
- Organized, adaptable, and able to make confident decisions
